Here are the winning trainers, riders and horses in 2019. The training partnership of Chris Gibbs and Michelle Bradley has dominated this year with seventeen winners from seventy starters which means that they have produced a winner every fourth start. The closest trainer is the Race Racing stables with three wins from twenty starters. Below is the table of the trainers who have won two or more races since 1 January 2019. The two main riders for the Gibbs/Bradley team in Cameron Lammas and Matt Cameron lead the riding ranks with Lammas on six wins and Cameron on five wins. The other rider/trainer combinations that have success include Spratt/McKee, Michael Coleman/P&D Williams and Calder/Collett with two wins. These combinations of riders and trainers have won nearly half of the races so far this year. Macca Attacka is the best horse at the course so far this year with three wins followed by Dragon Storm, Light Shadow, Mumm’s Jewell, Poker Face and Red Dynamo. Not surprisingly all but Light Shadow are from the Gibbs/Bradley stables.
