Sponsorship and Hospitality

Corporate functions can be held on race day for up to 100 people by reserving a private lounge:
•    Bonecrusher Lounge (from 50 to 80 guests)
•    Sponsors Room (from 50 to 120 guests)
•    Rustic Barn (up to 80 guests)

Smaller groups are also welcome to book a table – subject to availability.

Catering is provided by A'Fare who provide a delicious buffet lunch for your group to enjoy.

Full bar facilities are also available.

Non-raceday functions may be held at Ruakaka race course. Please contact Karen@ruakakaracing  to enquire.

Sponsorship starts from just $700 and can include:

• Naming rights to a race
• Full page advertisement in the race book
• Hospitality for you and your guests
• Signage space for one year
• Newspaper advertising of the race fields and sponsors in the Northern Advocate
• The sponsors name to appear on all official publications and TAB outlets throughout New Zealand 
• A special mention in our member’s newsletter sent to approximately 300 racing enthusiasts throughout Northland
• Live coverage of your race on nationwide Radio Trackside and live coverage on Trackside TV
• Opportunity to display company banners and promotional material.

Feature race sponsorships and entire Raceday Naming Rights may also be available on request.
